Life’s a lesson

The album cover is Chagall’s “Praying Jew” which hangs in the Chicago Art Institute (a print also hung in my house as I was growing up); the songs are in large part the ones I remembered from my childhood; the musicians are the finest practitioners of their art who also came from a Jewish background; the project was an adventure that still continues.
